Modern and comfortable 28mts2 room for 3 people fully equipped. It is a bedroom with 1 bed king size and 1 sofa bed with sheets, pillows and blankets (The sheets or towels are not new, if they are completely clean, with a high temperature process to remove all bacteria), air conditioning, safe, bedside table with lamp and has a TV with cable service and remote control. Wardrobe where you can hang your clothes and organize your belongings. The bathroom is spacious. Equipped with bathtub, soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels for 2 people. It has a hair dryer. You can enjoy a large closet with microwave, mini fridge and desk to meet all your needs.
Our apartment is inside a hotel. In case of emergency, our hotel employees have the right to enter the units without prior notice. We always leave the lights on, TV on, for the guest.
All guests enjoy fantastic amenities; pool, Wi-Fi, Free Parking and an INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Note there is no kitchen but you have a microwave.
The hotel has an outdoor pool. There is a lobby with comfortable furniture and cable TV. It has a reception where you can provide information and guidance during your stay. Wi-Fi service in all areas the whole building.
I will be available from 8 am to 10 pm Through my cell phone. (IT IS NOT HOTEL, the cleaning is only done at your departure, if you want additional cleaning. You must contact us and it is for an additional cost). We speak Spanish, English and Portuguese.
