The property is not an hotel there are no toiletries and cleaning is done only on your departure, there are no changes of sheets or towels restock toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, if you want additional cleaning, please feel free to contact us.
Sometimes, I need to get a service room pest control or maintenance they can get inside normal because that's the hotel, and I don't need to send message or anything to the guest. I am a person who is always available to help my guests with whatever they need.
