Cozy studio in a FANTASTIC location -
less than 2 miles (3.2 km) from Universal,
near Premium Outlets, Volcano Bay, and a 20 minute drive to Disney, Sea World, LegoLand & more. Swim at one of the pools, play ping pong & fill your belly with food from the restaurants and cafes within walking distance. International Drive is just a few short blocks for more dining options, shops, and attractions and if you're here on business, the Convention Center is 2.5 miles (4km) away Centrally located in the heart or Orlando. The location doesn't get better than this - one of the more walkable areas in Orlando. Studio configuration is ideal for 2 Adults, a couple or couple with a small child. If you are looking for a more ritzy, luxurious vibe, this is not the place for you - the building is on the older side, but the studio is a humble work in progress. Enjoy the queen size Zinus Sleep Master Memory Foam 8 Inch Green Tea bed. It is very supportive and comfy (I have the same one). Sit outside on the small balcony and have a cup of tea.
For groceries: Whole Foods, Publix, Walmart and small shops are close by (5-8 minutes Uber/Lyft/Taxi). Walgreens is a 5 minute walk. *I do not recommend people who are looking for a place to work remotely to book this unit as wifi is not very fast!

NO SMOKING! If my cleaning staff smell smoke (Marijuana or cigarette) during cleanings at $200 fine will be charged and escalated to Airbnb if not paid. Please respect the privacy and well-being of the neighbors, many who live in the building year round.
We love to host like minded people who are honest, caring and considerate of the space. No rowdy behavior and parties please and thank you!
The front desk will provide all AirBnB guests with a general building key, but they do not have the code to enter the studio, or are familiar with studio house rules. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Wi-Fi (AT&T) is not fast - it is doable (as I have done work here) but if you are planning to work remotely I DO NOT recommend booking this studio. The internet providers in the area are all terrible and something I check up on very regularly.
