The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. About this space Spacious , beautifully & furnished. Full kitchen, with cookware & utensils, TV , 2 Outdoor Pools , 1 Indoor Pool w / Jacuzzi , Tennis Court , Playground , Gazebo on the Lake , Fitness Facilities , 24 - hour Check - in Desk . Minutes from Universal Studios, the Convention Center, Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia & Restaurants. Drive to Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World & Premium.
This comfortable apartment and accommodates up to 6 guests; 583 sq ft apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 living room and 1 kitchenette.
It has lots of natural lighting and offers fantastic views from the living room and balcony. Free Parking, Swimming Pools, and a Workout room, are available for your convenience at this resort property. It is so centrally located that you might consider taking Lyft or Uber to your destinations and avoid paying the parking fees charged by the amusement parks./venues. The reviews I have received indicate that the items below were not a problem, however I want to make sure you are aware of the following:
1. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and the rooms appear bigger than they are.
2. While the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, 2 will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is open to the kitchen, therefore the 5th and 6th guests will not have much privacy and less comfort than the others sleeping in the bedrooms.
3. Please note that there is no full stove / oven in the apartment ; only a double burner cook-top and a small toaster oven. The place may not be ideal for long stays or if you are planning to cook elaborate meals.
4. Please be aware that while the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019, the building itself and some of the amenities provided by The Enclave may feel a bit dated.
5. The following is provided per stay: One fresh set of towels per guest, one roll of toilet paper and bar of soap in each bathroom, dish washing soap, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a store to buy more toilet paper, and paper towels, if needed, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
6. Wi-fi is provided by The Enclave Resort and is not as fast as I would like it to be, but previous guests have not had any problems attending Zoom meetings, or taking online classes.
7. Connecting the living room TV to the internet can be challenging (sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not); however the bedroom TVs are Roku - enabled , and are easily connected to the internet after following the instructions on the screen.
8. Fresh sets of towels can be provided but will include delivery fee and should be 24hours before.

Please note that wash cloths are not provided . You may want to bring a couple if they are important to you. I have added the above based on comments from previous guests. While my apartment is not perfect, I believe that, based on the reviews, it meets or exceeds the needs of most of my guests. Thank you for reading this and apologies for the long disclosure, but I want to make sure that you are aware of what some guests may consider as "shortfalls".
Access to the building and all facilities (swimming pools, jacuzzi, workout room, tennis courts, etc.) is provided after getting a key card from the Resort Reception Desk in the Guest Registration building.
The guest has access to all amenities of the Enclave condominium.
Ice machine and vending room on 5th floor, laundry on 3th and 4th floor.
Sometimes, I need to get a service room pest control or maintenance they can get inside normal because that's the hotel, and I don't need to send message or anything to the guest.
Our apartment is inside a hotel. In case of emergency, our hotel employees have the right to enter the units without prior notice.
